Rather than treating this as a typical consulting engagement, Aveniq embarked on an 18-month co-creation journey with Care 360. This wasn't about retrofitting AI into existing curricula—it was about reimagining leadership education from the ground up. The breakthrough moment came during the 2025 Mayor's Challenge pilots at the University of Richmond and University of Virginia, in partnership with University of Virginia’s Contemplative Sciences Center. Students weren't just using AI as a research tool—they were wielding it as a strategic partner in systems thinking and foresight analysis.

One UVA team tackling homelessness used the PRISM methodology to interrogate their AI-generated solutions, uncovering second and third-order implications that traditional brainstorming had missed. Their modular housing proposal caught the attention of the Blue Ridge Area Coalition for the Homeless, who invited the students to present to organizational leadership—a validation that their AI-enhanced approach was producing genuinely innovative, implementable solutions.
